Advisory opinions relating to lobbying executive branch agencies shall be published together with other advisory opinions rendered by the Commission, as provided in Fl. Admin. Code R. 34-6.010 The first two digits of the advisory opinion number shall be the last two digits of the year in which the opinion was rendered. Following the year shall be a dash and the number of the opinion. For example, the tenth opinion issued in 1989 will be 89-10, or CEO 89-10.
