Upon the Commission’s ordering a public hearing of a complaint or a public report, as provided in Fl. Admin. Code R. 34-5.006 the Executive Director shall so notify the complainant and the respondent in writing. The complainant also shall be provided with a copy of the report of investigation and of the Advocate’s written recommendation.
