The purpose of this part is to implement the delegation of Florida Statutes § 373.333, under provisions of subsection 62-101.040(10), F.A.C., by the Department of Environmental Protection to the Northwest Florida Water Management District. This delegation provides authority to the District to suspend or revoke the license issued pursuant to Florida Statutes § 373.333, of any holder of such license who has violated any provision of Part III, Florida Statutes Chapter 373, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this part.
