When a petition for an emergency variance or waiver under Florida Statutes § 120.542(3), and Fl. Admin. Code R. 28-104.004, requires action by the Governing Board, the Board shall grant or deny a petition for emergency variance or waiver within 30 days of its receipt or at the next regularly scheduled meeting for which notice may be properly given.
