Pursuant to Florida Statutes § 287.055(10), the following procedures shall be followed in selecting firms when design-build services are sought for public construction projects. Definitions contained in Florida Statutes § 287.055(2), have the same meaning in this part except “”project.”” “”Project”” shall mean a fixed capital outlay project described in the public notice including individual facilities; grouping of facilities; and rehabilitation and renovation activities.
