Notwithstanding Fl. Admin. Code R. 28-104.005, when a petition for an emergency variance or waiver requires action by the District, the District shall grant or deny a petition for emergency variance or waiver within 30 days of its receipt or at the next regularly scheduled meeting for which notice may be properly given.
