A permittee must comply with the requirements of Fl. Admin. Code R. 40E-1.6107, in order to obtain a permit transfer to a new permittee. If the permit transfer is in conjunction with an application for permit modification, the permit shall be transferred at the time of permit modification if all applicable permit transfer criteria are met. Upon approval, all terms and conditions of the permit shall be binding on the transferee.
