(1) Definitions. Capitalized terms used herein have the same definitions as provided in paragraphs (2)(a) and (7)(a) of Florida Statutes § 934.50
(2) Approved Drones. In accordance with Section 934.50(7)(d), F.S., a Governmental Agency that uses any Drone other than those approved drones listed on the Department’s website pursuant to Section 934.50(7)(b), F.S., shall submit to the Department a comprehensive plan for discontinuing the use of such a Drone, as specified in subsection (3) below.
(3) Form. Form PUR 6074, “”Comprehensive Plan to Discontinue the Use of Unapproved Drones,”” effective 07/2022, is incorprorated herein by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-14522 or on the Department’s website at https://www.dms.myflorida.com/business_operations/state_purchasing/state_agency_resources/state_purchasing_pur_forms, shall be submitted by the Governmental Agency in compliance with the timeline established in Florida Statutes § 934.50
