Operations and
Maintenance (O&M) Plan
Required — Develop an O&M Plan prior to the scheduled completion of the project’s Execution phase. Document concurrence from those responsible for the operation and maintenance (e.g., financial, information technology, and operational managers, etc.) on their readiness to support the system from a budgetary, staffing, technology, and operational perspective after go-live.
