(1) The Department of Management Service (Department) hereby establishes the Dozier Memorial and Monument Review Committee (the Committee) to review artist submissions for memorials for the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys and recommend to the Department a memorial to be constructed at the Florida Capitol Complex and a memorial to be constructed in Jackson County. The Department will appoint members to the Committee as follows: a Committee Administrator, one representative from the Department, two former students of the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys, one architect licensed in the State of Florida, and one visual artist. The Committee Administrator shall serve as chair of the Committee and will be the only non-voting member of the Committee.
(3) The Committee shall submit to the Department its recommended designs for the memorials.
