(1) Biennial renewal of all licenses for talent agencies shall be renewed by May 31 of each even numbered year on the form prescribed and upon payment of the fee specified in Fl. Admin. Code R. 61-19.005, and submission proof of renewal of a $5,000 surety bond for the total 2-year period to be placed on file with the Department. The Department shall notify all licensees of the expiration of such licenses no less than sixty (60) days prior to the renewal period.

(2) Any license not renewed by the expiration date automatically terminates the licensee’s right to continue to engage in the business for which the license was issued. The expired license may be reinstated upon payment of a late renewal penalty fee as specified in
Fl. Admin. Code R. 61-19.005, if paid within 45 days of the expiration date of the license. If a license renewal is delinquent more than 45 days, the license may be reinstated only by procedures as specified in Fl. Admin. Code R. 61-19.007
