(1) The following violations may be resolved by the issuance of a citation pursuant to Florida Statutes § 455.224 and Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 61-30:

    (c) Failure to provide a copy of the dislosure of the scope and exclusions of a home inspection prior to contracting for or commencing a home inspection in violation of Florida Statutes § 468.8321

    (d) Failure to maintain at least $300,000 general liability insurance coverage in violation of Florida Statutes § 468.8322

    (2) In addition to the penalties specified above, the department may recover the costs of investigation associated with the citation.
    (3) Citations shall be issued pursuant to this rule where no harm to consumers results from the violation.
