A culinary education program that educates students in the culinary arts, including the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, or provides education and experience in culinary arts-related businesses, and which engages in the sale or service of alcoholic beverages within the education program must file an application for licensure on form DBPR ABT-6025, APPLICATION FOR CULINARY EDUCATION PROGRAM LICENSE, effective 9/1/19, and incorporated herein by reference. The application for a culinary education program license must identify the qualifying education institution providing the program.
