(1) Whenever the Department finds a licensee guilty of violating a provision of Chapter 469 or 455, F.S., the following Disciplinary Guidelines shall be followed. Penalties imposed by the Department pursuant to Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 61E1-6, may be imposed in combination or individually but may not exceed the limitations enumerated below. The identification of violations is descriptive only; the full language of each statutory provision cited must be consulted in order to determine the conduct included:

Terms Used In Florida Regulations 61E1-6.001
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Nolo contendere: No contest-has the same effect as a plea of guilty, as far as the criminal sentence is concerned, but may not be considered as an admission of guilt for any other purpose.
- Probation: A sentencing alternative to imprisonment in which the court releases convicted defendants under supervision as long as certain conditions are observed.
- Restitution: The court-ordered payment of money by the defendant to the victim for damages caused by the criminal action.
