If an examination candidate fails to achieve a passing grade on the examination, the candidate may re-apply in writing for reexamination with the (appropriate fees) fees provided in Fl. Admin. Code R. 61E14-3.001 An examination candidate may only apply for reexamination within one year from the date of certification of the original application for a community association manager’s license by the Department.
