(1) For the purposes of Florida Statutes § 455.207(4) The Board defines “”other business involving the board”” as,
(a) all regularly scheduled meetings of Board committees, and
(b) whenever a board member has been requested by the Secretary or the Department staff to participate in a meeting.
(2) Principal officers as specified in section 481.319(1)(a), F.S., shall be defined as:
(a) President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer of the corporation; or
(b) any other officer who has management responsibilities in the corporation, as documented by the corporate charter or bylaws.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
