(1) Licensees who have become licensed in Florida during the current biennium shall be exempt from continuing education requirements except for the requirement of Florida Statutes § 471.0195, regarding Advanced Building Code training and the Florida-approved Laws and Rules and Professional Ethics hours required by paragraphs 61G15-22.001(1)(a) and (b), F.A.C.
(3) Any licensee whose license is placed in inactive status, for so long as it remains inactive.
(4) Any licensee who is a member of the United States Armed Forces and maintains Florida licensure pursuant to Florida Statutes § 455.02
(5) This rule shall be reviewed, and if necessary, repealed, modified, or renewed through the rulemaking process five years from the effective date.
