State approval of products listed in Fl. Admin. Code R. 61G20-3.001, and not covered by subsection 61G20-3.003(1), F.A.C., or revisions to existing statewide product approvals require evaluation of product compliance with the Code by a method listed in Fl. Admin. Code R. 61G20-3.005, validation of the evaluation as required by Fl. Admin. Code R. 61G20-3.006, and approval per Fl. Admin. Code R. 61G20-3.007 Validation of compliance with the Code shall be performed by approved Validation Entities. Approval shall be performed by the Commission. All products used in construction covered by the Code shall comply with the provisions or standards contained therein or with the intent of the Code.
