A contractor licensed under Florida Statutes Chapter 489, Part I, is exempted from licensure as an engineer pursuant to the terms of Section 471.003(2)(h), F.S., only when he installs the system he designs. Violation of this rule will be considered a violation of Section 489.129(1)(m), F.S.
