The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall issue a registration to a person who:
(1) Makes application, including submission of evidence of successful completion of an educational or training program and pays to the Department the fee specified in Fl. Admin. Code R. 61G5-24.002;
(2) Is currently registered or licensed to practice and is currently practicing one of the specialties as defined in Sections 477.013(6) and (7), F.S., under the law of another state;
(3) Demonstrates that the other state’s qualifications and requirements are comparable to or more stringent than those required by Florida Law (Florida Statutes Chapter 477) and Fl. Admin. Code R. 61G5-22.015

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
