Any person applying for the issuance of a certificate or registration to engage in contracting in other than his/her individual capacity, or any registrant or certificate holder applying to qualify a partnership, corporation, business trust or other legal business entity shall demonstrate that he/she is responsible for supervision of all operations of the business organization; including, all field work at all sites and financial matters (both in general and for each specific job).

Terms Used In Florida Regulations 61G6-5.010
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
