A complimentary drug distributor permit is required for any person that engages in the distribution of a complimentary drug, subject to the requirements of Florida Statutes § 499.028 A person, prior to engaging in activity for which a complimentary drug distributor permit is required, must file with the department a completed application on form number DBPR-DDC-221, Application for Permit as a Complimentary Drug Distributor, effective April 2016, adopted and incorporated herein by reference and comply with all the requirements for permitting in Florida Statutes Chapter 499, and Title 61N, F.A.C.
