Rules 62-330.401 through 62-330.635, F.A.C., contain the procedures to submit a notice to use a general permit, the procedures for their review, the general conditions that apply to them, and the terms and specific conditions of each general permit. Those provisions do not apply to activities that qualify for the general permit in Florida Statutes § 403.814(12)
