This Part defines general permits and establishes the procedures for persons who may wish to use a general permit, except that the procedures for any person who may wish to use a general permit for a source of air pollutant emissions, and all conditions of such a general permit, are established at Chapters 62-210 and 62-213, F.A.C. The provisions of this Part shall not apply to activities regulated under Part IV of Florida Statutes Chapter 373 However, this Part shall continue to apply to those activities grandfathered under Sections 373.414(11), (12)(a), (13), (14), (15), (16) and 373.4145(6), F.S.
