Within 30 days after completion of the construction, repair, or abandonment of any water well, a written report shall be filed with the permitting authority on Form Number 62-532.900(2), State of Florida Well Completion Report, adopted and incorporated herein, and available as described in Fl. Admin. Code R. 62-532.900
