(1) Wastewater treatment facilities which are designed so that some or all of the reclaimed water or effluent may enter ground waters shall conduct ground water monitoring in accordance with Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-520, and this chapter.
(3) The minimum schedule for ground water monitoring is specified in Figure 2 below:

(2) Where reclaimed water is applied to multiple sites permitted under Part III of
Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-610, one or more of the sites (representative of each site’s hydrogeological characteristics, soil characteristics, vegetative cover, and reclaimed water application method, etc.) shall be selected by the applicant and approved in writing by the Department as the model site(s) for monitoring the ground water.
(3) The minimum schedule for ground water monitoring is specified in Figure 2 below:
