(1) Risk based corrective actions authorized in Florida Statutes § 376.30701, and cleanup target levels (CTLs) and rules promulgated thereunder in Chapters 62-777 and 62-780, F.A.C., shall apply to remedial activities at hazardous waste facilities, with the following clarifications:
(b) Remedial activities are subject to the public notice requirements of Fl. Admin. Code R. 62-730.292, and the financial assurance requirements of Fl. Admin. Code R. 62-730.226
(c) Within 60 days of completion of remedial activities, the owner or operator shall submit to the Department, a certification that the remedial activities were performed in accordance with the specifications in the approved remedial activities plan. In addition to the professional certifications required by rules promulgated pursuant to Florida Statutes § 376.30701, the certification shall be signed by the owner or operator of the hazardous waste facility. Certification of completion of closure or postclosure care for a regulated hazardous waste surface impoundment, waste pile, land treatment unit, or landfill shall be sent by registered mail.
(2) One electronic copy of field and laboratory data, in field delimited and image formats, shall be submitted to the Department in accordance with the requirements of the permit or other authorization.

(a) Where a provision in
Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-780, conflicts with a specific, applicable requirement of 40 C.F.R. part 264 or Part 265, the C.F.R. provision controls.
