Pursuant to Section 457.105(2)(c), F.S., the Board of Acupuncture will certify for licensure those applicants who:
(2) Meet the requirements of Sections 457.105(2)(a) and (d), F.S.; and
(3) Meet the minimal requirements set forth in 64B1-4.001, F.A.C.

(1) Submit proof of being actively licensed in a state which has examination requirements that are substantially equivalent to or more stringent than those of this state at the time applicant was orginally licensed. Applicants must establish their other state licensure by requesting the licensing authority of the other state provide to the Board a statement which indicates the current status of the applicant’s license as of the date of statement, the expiration date of the other state license, and the other examination requirements at the time the license was issued; and
(2) Meet the requirements of Sections 457.105(2)(a) and (d), F.S.; and
(3) Meet the minimal requirements set forth in 64B1-4.001, F.A.C.
