(1) “”Accredited College or University,”” for purposes of Florida Statutes § 468.1695, means an academic institution of higher learning which includes general education courses as requisite to such institution’s principal educational programs and which institution has received institutional accreditation from an accrediting body approved by the United States Department of Education, the Council on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation, or the Council on Postsecondary Education.
