The fees for individuals holding a license pursuant to Florida Statutes § 468.221, shall be as follows:
(1) The fee for delinquent status as set forth in subFlorida Statutes § 456.036(7), shall be $55.00.
(2) The fee for reactivation of an inactive license shall be $100.00.
(3) The fee for renewal of an inactive license shall be $55.00.
