The agency shall renew an active status license to practice opticianry upon timely receipt of the complete application for active status, the biennial renewal fee, and certification that the licensee has satisfied the continuing education requirements of Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B12-15.001 For the purpose of this section, a complete application shall be a license renewal form provided by the agency.
