(1) The initial license fee for a pharmacist license shall be $190 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Florida Statutes § 456.065(3)
(2) The initial license fee for a consultant pharmacist license shall be $50 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Florida Statutes § 456.065(3)
(3) The initial license fee for a nuclear pharmacist license shall be $50 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Florida Statutes § 456.065(3)
(4) The initial registration fee for a registered pharmacy technician shall be $50 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Florida Statutes § 456.065(3)
