A licensee with an active or inactive license may choose retired status by submitting a written request to the Board and remitting the retired status fee set out in Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B19-12.013 and, if applicable, the change of status fee set out in Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B19-12.006
