(1) The Board hereby designates the Educational Testing Services Praxis Series Examination in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology as the licensure examination.
(3) A passing score on the licensure examination is required for licensure purposes. Such score must have been obtained no more than 3 years from the date of application.

(2) Any person desiring to be licensed as a speech-language pathologist or audiologist shall apply directly to the Educational Testing Service, Praxis Series, Princeton, New Jersey, to take the licensure examination.
