Florida Regulations 64B8-4.012: Exemptions for Spouses of Members of the Armed Forces

Any licensed physician who is a spouse of a person on active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States, who is absent from this state because of the spouse’s duties with the Armed Forces, and who, at the time the absence became necessary, was in good standing with the Board of Medicine, shall be exempt from biennial renewal of his license, payment of required fees hereunder, and performance of any other act on his part to be performed.
