Each person holding a license issued pursuant to Florida Statutes § 478.45, must maintain on file with the Council the current address at which any notice required by law may be served by the Department, the Board, the Council, or its agents. Prior to changing this address, whether or not within this state, the licensee shall notify the Department, by notifying the Council either in writing or electronically of the new address at which the licensee may be served with notices or other documents. If the licensee uses electronic notification, it is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that the electronic notification was received by the Council.
