(1) In order to establish that an applicant is at least 18 years old, a copy of one of the following shall be submitted:
(b) Passport;
(c) Driver’s license.
(2) In order to establish that an applicant has a high school diploma or a graduate equivalency diploma, a copy of the diploma shall be submitted. An applicant from a foreign country who does not have a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma shall submit equivalent documentation from a credentialling agency.
