Each licensee or registrant conducting operations at a temporary jobsite, which is a location to which radioactive materials have been dispatched to perform wireline service operations or subsurface tracer studies, shall have the following documents and records available at that site for inspection by the Department:
(1) Operating and emergency procedures;
(2) Survey records required pursuant to Fl. Admin. Code R. 64E-5.1116, for the period of operation at the site;
(3) Evidence of current calibration for the radiation survey instruments in use at the site; and,
(4) When operating in the State under reciprocity, a copy of the appropriate license, certificate of registration or equivalent documents.

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
