Each hospital as defined by Florida Statutes § 395.002(12), except for a long term care hospital as defined in Florida Statutes § 408.032, shall document and submit to the department patient care data in accordance with the format and time frame specified in the Florida Acute Care Trauma Registry Manual, January 1, 2016 edition, which is incorporated by reference and available from the department, or at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-06179.
