(1) Eligible donors, as defined by Florida Statutes § 465.1902(5), may donate legally obtained prescription drugs or supplies to a repository if the drugs or supplies meet the requirements of this rule.
(a) Controlled substances;
(b) Medications with an approved United States Food and Drug Administration risk evaluation and mitigation strategy that includes elements to assure safe use, or
(c) Cancer drugs donated under Florida Statutes § 499.029

(2) Donors cannot donate, and repositories cannot accept:
(a) Controlled substances;
(b) Medications with an approved United States Food and Drug Administration risk evaluation and mitigation strategy that includes elements to assure safe use, or
(c) Cancer drugs donated under Florida Statutes § 499.029
