The child-placing agency shall send the Department written notice of its recommendation to deny or revoke a family foster home license. The child-placing agency shall state the reasons it is recommending denial or revocation and shall provide the Department with documentation supporting its findings. All license revocations shall comply with requirements of Florida Statutes Chapter 120
