(1) The child welfare professional shall document relevant case information, pursuant to Florida Statutes § 39.00146(2), in the child’s electronic case file contained in the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS).
(3) All information required under Florida Statutes § 39.00146(2), and subsection (2) above shall be entered into CCWIS within two business days after which the information is electronically transferred into the case record face sheet.
(4) This rule will be reviewed and repealed, modified, or renewed through the rulemaking process five years from the effective date.

(2) The case record face sheet shall include the recommendations of the multidisciplinary team meeting made pursuant to
Florida Statutes § 39.4022, and transition plans, pursuant to Florida Statutes § 39.4023
