(1) The provider or facility employing reactive strategies must maintain on-site a copy of Rule Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 65G-8 accessible by staff, clients, parents, guardians, and guardian advocates.

Terms Used In Florida Regulations 65G-8.011

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
    (2) The requirements established in this rule chapter are to be incorporated into all staff pre-service training programs related to the use of reactive strategies.
