This chapter shall be enforced by the division and its officers, the sheriffs of the various counties and their deputies, municipal police officers, and any other law enforcement officer as defined in Florida Statutes § 943.10, as provided in Florida Statutes § 327.70, all of whom shall have the authority to remove or cause the removal of any marker found to be in violation of this chapter.
