Licensed fire equipment dealers are required to install, inspect, maintain, or recharge portable fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 10, Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers, the edition as adopted in rule chapter 69A-3, F.A.C. The provisions of NFPA 10, the edition as adopted in rule chapter 69A-3, F.A.C., are mandatory.
