The subclassifications and definitions of “”Day Care Homes”” as set forth in Section 16.6.1.4.1 and 17.6.1.4.1 of NFPA 101 2000 Edition, to wit, “”Family Day Care Homes,”” and “”Group Day Care Homes,”” shall not apply to any facility licensed as a family day care home pursuant to Florida Statutes § 402.305 Any facility licensed as a Family Day Care Home pursuant to Florida Statutes § 402.305, shall be classified as a “”Family Day Care Home”” and defined in accordance with the definition of “”Family Day Care Home”” located in Florida Statutes § 402.302(7)
