The standards of the National Fire Protection Association for life safety from fire, as provided in NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, Chapter 32 for New and Chapter 33 for Existing, the edition as adopted by Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012, shall be the uniform fire safety standards required for this state with respect to facilities for the developmentally disabled, except as modified by this rule chapter.
