The standards of the National Fire Protection Association for life safety from fire, as provided in NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, as it relates to residential board and care, the edition as adopted in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69A-3.012, shall be the uniform fire safety standards for this state with respect to residential child care facilities, including other buildings or structures located on the premises of said facilities.
