The notice of intent to initiate litigation required by Florida Statutes § 627.70152, shall be electronically submitted to the Department on Form DFS-I0-1600, Property Insurance Intent to Initiate Litigation Notice, (Effective 01/23), which is hereby incorporated by reference. The Property Insurance Intent to Initiate Litigation Notice is available for electronic submission through the Department’s website at https://piitil.myfloridacfo.gov and is also available at https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-14987.
