Any person desiring to be licensed as a funeral director or embalmer by endorsement, as provided in Florida Statutes Chapter 497, shall apply to the Department, have passed the examination(s) appropriate to the licensure sought, as set forth in Section 497.369 or 497.374, F.S., and shall pass the examination required in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69K-16.0001
